Car parking

Free, onsite car parking for 5 cars.

Laundry

We provide a same day in-house laundry service (excludes dry cleaning) - tariffs are displayed in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy

A verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should this prove unsuccessful then your deposit will be retained.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted in the house - however you are welcome to smoke in the garden (we'll provide you with a brolly in case it rains)

Currency and credit cards accepted

We accept £ sterling. US$, Euro & Travellers cheques for a 9% handling charge. All major credit cards. All cheques require to be accompanied by a valid bank card.

Medical and dental

24hours local doctor/medical service available. Dentist within 5 miles.

Pets

Well behaved dogs of any kind are welcome, subject to a nightly charge of £7.50. Can they please bring their own bedding.

Accessibility

Ramp accessible front door. Level access to public rooms. Ground floor bedroom.

Special diets

We cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times.

Children

Sorry - we do not cater for children under the age of 12

Packed and picnic meals

Packed lunches are available - but must be ordered by 21.00 the previous evening. Gourmet packed lunches with champagne, smoked salmon etc.are also available

What is and is not included in price

All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate. There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customers' discretion

We can help you plan distillery visits, steam railway trips, castle visits and tours, themed day tours, cruises on Loch Ness, nature and heritage trails, guided walks and a host of outdoor activities. Maps and brochures can be found in the Reading Room.

You can send and receive faxes at a small charge. Internet access and email facilities are available free of charge in the Reading Room.
